Room is 5 min either way between kennington tube or elephant and castle/bakerloo and northern lines . There are also 24 odd bus routes into central-destinations
liverpool st / Bank /london bridge/oxford st /and others!

The room is fully furnished /double bed/ drawers/lockers/tables , you are welcome to bring your own but what is provided will not be removed
the builders were in so pics old .

There are two toilets and one shower with a modern refurbished kitchen . Amenities provided washing machine, american fridge freezer/ FIBRE OPTIC wifi and usual other stuff ..parking tickets provided at your own cost .

location : banks, restaurants, street market, iceland ,tesco
various gyms about 5 min away too .

Housemates : very quite minding their own business, are looking for mature minded clean tidy quite /non smokers
and for those who don't bring special friends round every night to disturb the house.

There is a VERY STRICT weekly cleaning rota in place which must be adhered to where all housemates takes turns to empty bins clean house etc . there is the option to get your own cleaner at your own cost. People who give time to cleaning are welcome , no dirty housemates please.
