Friendly Professional House Share 🏡

Hi everyone, we have a double room available in our house from 1st September 2026.

We are three sociable 30 something professionals looking to continue the homely vibe we have created.

During an average week you'll find us hitting the gym after work, or relaxing in the living room in the evening, chatting and watching TV etc. We are often out & about but enjoy socialising together when we are in, usually weekend mornings and weeknight evenings. We do go to a few events in London together as well.

We are looking for a fun and considerate housemate to carry on this friendly atmosphere and to create a space to relax from the hustle and bustle of London!

The house is kept clean and tidy and would be a good fit for someone that is also happy to maintain this. This includes doing basic chores such as taking the bins out, washing up, wiping surfaces etc on a regular basis. With 4 people coming and going it can get messy if everyone isn't willing to chip in with this.

The house is not that well equipped for 5 days work from home, unless you are happy to work in the bedroom at times, as the kitchen & lounge get used throughout the day on various days of the week.

The house is an old style terrace with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, shared living room, large kitchen with table and small courtyard and parking available.

Transport: Zone 1 👌🏻
Bakerloo & Northern line
Buses 3 mins away every couple of minutes
Southern trainline services from E&C
3xbike rental available with great cycle paths into central, north and east.

Bills: We budget around £100pcm for bills.
(Usually £90 - £110)

£55pcm broadband & council tax Band D
£30pcm average gas & electricity. This varies with heating use, and the bill comes out every 3 months at around £90. Usually a bit more in winter
~£18.50pcm water bill
~£50per year TV Licence due 1st September

We get a cleaner to come in as well every two weeks which is £30pcm. & a plastic free toilet roll subscription for approx. £4 every 4ish months.
And then the normal chipping in/ kitty in the kitchen for cleaning products which we throw a few quid in as and when we need.
