Spacious double-bedroom in a modern 2-bedroom new built flat for single occupancy.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a good comfortable mattress, two bed side tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and an aerial point if you need it for a TV.

The flat is also fully furnished with all mod cons (except dryer). The highlights are its lovely big kitchen if you like cooking, and a very nice balcony with beautiful plants and even two olive trees, excellent for dinners out during the warmer months.

The full flat is very bright with big windows all around it (except the entrance wall). It’s part of a small 2 floor building and it’s at the top, 2nd floor. It’s located by Burgess park and 2 minutes walk away from Walworth Road with excellent bus services and all sorts of shops, especially for groceries. It’s not very close to a tube station; it would take you 12-15 mins to walk to Elephant and Castle (or 4 stops by bus) or Kennington. If you cycle (which is what I do), you’d be pretty close to central London and a lot of vibrant areas of South London. Importantly, there is safe bike storage in the building.

As for me, i own the flat. I’m a single gay man from the EU although I have been in the U. K. for more than 20 years. I’m a lecturer at a university . I’m very tidy and clean, not a party person although I do socialise a bit when possible. I’m not sure what else I can write but please feel free to ask :-)
