The property is located in central London on a quiet, Victorian terrace street, close to the high street. The property is around 5 minutes’ walk to Elephant and Castle underground & overground stations (Zone 1 – Central London).

Comfortable open plan layout, with fully equipped kitchen, washing / dryer, combi-microwave oven, fridge, hob and TV.  Mezzanine with double bed (please note ceiling height of mezzanine is slightly lower than standard at 1.6m).  In addition to this, there is a pull out sofa-bed (3/4 size) and compact bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror, toilet, heated towel rail and shaving point. Please note this is a private suite for rent, you will not be sharing with anyone. The property has it's own street level front door and key. All Bill's included. Wifi included.
