Charming and very spacious room with a comfortable single bed (with a soft duvet), wooden floor and a view overlooking a little park. It is fully furnished and has plenty of space for a comfortable stay for a female, preferably. The kitchen and bathroom are shared only with me. The flat has a private terrace garden - an amazing place to rest or have your meal in the sun.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a Victorian period building, situated on a quiet residential road. It overlooks a little park and a cobbled yard. Clean, peaceful and full of natural light. People often comment on the homely, warm character of the flat.

You will have access to all amenities - there is a lovely and well equipped sit-down kitchen with plants and herbs and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is fast wireless broadband.

In addition to the delightful private terrace, you’ll also have access to a big communal roof terrace from where you have a beautiful view over the rooftops and chimneys.

Very conveniently located, an ideal base to explore London - the Southbank is a walking distance. The nearest stations are Kennington Station (5 min walking distance) and Elephant & Castle (10 min walk); the buses are just at the top of the road, so all the transport links are very convenient.

You will be sharing the flat only with me, Dominika - a creative professional in the early forties.

The renting period is from mid-January (any day starting from 15th Jan) for 2 months with the possibility of extension.

Cost £690 for 30 days (month) all included. Possibility of flexible subletting dates.
