Two rooms available in Zone 1

Very sadly our housemate Jess and her boyfriend are moving out next month as they’ve bought somewhere together, so we’re looking for two newbies to move in their place (females preferred!)

Both rooms fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk, 2 chests of drawers and 2 large built in wardrobes.
About the house:
Open plan kitchen /living room
4 bedrooms - 2 downstairs, 2 upstairs
2 large bathrooms - both with shower, one with a bath
Garden with bbq, table & chairs

Current Housemates:
You will be joining Órla, 33 y/o dietitian and Ruth, 31 y/o Radiographer (both Irish). We’ve become good pals over the past 3 years we’ve lived together and enjoy going out together etc at the weekend, but equally respectful of each other’s space. Hoping to find people who are friendly and sociable and looking for somewhere homely to live!

About the area:
15 min walk to Elephant & Castle and borough tube stations. Well connected to all public transport links (2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which has all main bus routes available). Lidl 3 min walk away and Tesco Superstore 5 min walk away.
20 min walk from Borough Market and Mercato Metropolitano. Lots of green space nearby including Burgess park around the corner.

The numbers:
Rent + bills: £838 for smaller room, £865 for the larger one (bills including internet, gas, electric, water and council tax)
Deposit: £587.
Move in date from July 1st.
