We have a lovely double room available now, in our shared flat with a large lounge.
3 bed flat, with large lounge, Kitchen and bathroom refurbished within the last 12 months.
5 minutes walk to the Walworth road with great amenities and transport links as well as being 5 minutes from Kennington Station.
Our currently flatmate is moving out to join some friends so we are looking for a wonderful new housemate.
Current flatmates are myself and Noemi both working professionals who do not work from home. With that in mind, we would prefer someone not working from home.
Rent is £750 and bills are £92.02 a month. Gas is quarterly and electricity is a prepay key.
