Flatmate needed for 2 bed Flat

I am looking for a flatmate for a 2-bed flat located down Old Kent Road, a 20 min walk from London bridge with good bus service to most of London. I have lived at the property for 3 years with no issues.
It is a double bed with a wardrobe and Chester drawers. There is a shared living room and toilet. I would prefer to live with another student if possible.
I am a Dentistry student at KCL going into my 5th year. I am very laid back and like to think of myself as a good flatmate all around.
Contract would be until July 26th 2025- landlord may be amicable to discussing this. Bills vary from around £50-75 per month, including: water, gas, electricity and WiFi.
