There are currently four tenants living in the flat. One of the tenants is a doctor, another a nurse, one works at Apple (and is moving out soon), and myself, a postgraduate student. Everyone is very mature and professional.
All utilities included. Fully furnished except for bed linens. I've always kept my room very clean and minimal.
It's NOT a party flat. Looking for someone who is mature, very clean, good habits, and well mannered. Ideal for a student looking for a short stay as they set themselves up in the city before the school term starts.
