1 Double Bedroom in Elephant & Castle

One double room available in a fully furnished, three-bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle (zone 1) available from 1st October.

We are George and Federico - George (27) works full time in the Film&TV industry and Fede (25) is a science teacher. We’re outgoing and sociable and up for a going to the pub (and the odd pub quiz!) but also have pretty hectic full-time jobs, enjoy chill nights in and keeping a nice tidy flat, so looking for someone similar who is up for socialising and becoming mates but also respectful of the space.

The flat has a large living and dining area, a separate kitchen (washing machine, hob/cooker, fridge and freezer) and two bathrooms with bath and shower.

Right by the flat are multiple bus routes which can take you into central within minutes. Elephant & Castle Station (Bakerloo line, Northern line & Thameslink) is a 15-minute walk away or less than 5 minutes by bus. We’re also very close to Camberwell, Borough and Bermondsey for fantastic pubs and restaurants.

A (Big!) Tesco and Lidl are only a five minute walk down the road and we have Burgess Park and Bermondsey Spa Gardens just short walks away.

The room has a large double bed and is fully furnished with big storage units and large, double glazed windows. All furniture pictured is included except desk and desk chair.

Rent is £875.00 per month excluding bills + wifi (usually about £120 per month) for a contract ending April 1 (but landlord has always been happy for us to renew). Security deposit is one month's rent and put in a protected deposit scheme. Council Tax Band D.
