The property has 3 existing flatmates. 3 males (English, Italian and Australian)

1 full-time events worker, 1 Music production student also working part-time, 1 full-time musician.
They are respectful of flatmates privacy.
They are all very sociable and like hanging out for a chat/meal/movie/games together.
Responsible in keeping the property clean and up to good conditions.

I am looking for a friendly and sociable tenant to join the property. Must be clean and tidy. Must participate in house-cleaning duties. No loud noise after 11pm. Males only.
