Description
Hi there! We’re looking for a fifth flatmate to join our house near Elephant & Castle.
(Please note: We are looking for professionals, and the contract is for 6 months, with the possibility to extend)
About the Room
The room is a spacious double bedroom on the top floor. It comes furnished with a bed & mattress, and a freestanding closet. It has a lovely bright window that looks to the street and gets lots of afternoon sun.
About the House
Our house is jam-packed with amenities! We have a living room, kitchen, and dining area (all separate rooms!) so lots of places to hang out.
Also in the house are a washer and a dryer, a large garden, a dishwasher, three showers, and two toilets. In addition to a large fridge in the kitchen, we have a second fridge in the dining area, and loads of cabinet space. The kitchen also has a microwave and a water filter. We get a lot of natural light in the house too. There is a small park just in front of our building, and we are near a primary school. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed.
The house is in Council Tax Band C and bills are split amongst all of us.
Transport Links
We’re just off the Old Kent Road. Two minutes from our door you can catch buses directly to Elephant & Castle, Lambeth North, Waterloo, and London Bridge stations, on routes 21, 42, N21, 53, 63, 168, 172, 363, 415, 453, N53, and N63. To say it’s easy to get around from here is an understatement!

We’re a friendly bunch! Anshuman works in design, Dany works in IT, Ishita works for a non-profit, and Panos works in the lighting design sector . We come from India, Colombia, and Greece. We love getting to know people from all over the world. We are a very social house, and we often have people around for dinner or hanging out in the garden.
About You
Tell us a little about yourself! We’re looking for a young professional in their mid-twenties to early thirties. We would love someone open-minded and social. Our house is LGBTQ+ friendly.
