The flat has 2 bath rooms, separate kitchen/office, separate living room and garden. The en suite has its own shower and WC.
Move in date 5th of October. The room is £1100 ex bills.
Couples are very welcome! Will adjust the rent so it's a 3 way split if so! I am the only other flat mate. I'm 26 and a project manager doing commercial law fit out. Looking for someone relaxed, clean and a good laugh.
