Large room to let in Bermondsey - Student

Hello! My name is Alix, I’m moving out of my flat here in Bermondsey and am looking for a replacement to take my room :)

The room is very large with tons of natural light coming in (whole wall of windows, yum) as well as a door leading to the garden. The place itself has lots of room, with space in the bathroom and kitchen for all your things. The landlords are friendly and helpful - they answer super fast over text and come over every once in a while to check everything is in order and working fine. Kitchen also comes stocked with crockery and dishes (curtesy of the landlords), and the room to let has a patch in front of it in the garden in which you can plant things if you like.

My two current flatmates are both students at UAL. They are both very nice and civil. The household can be social if you want, if you’re more introverted you dont have to be though :). The main road (5min walk to) Has a bus connection to anywhere you could want to go, aswell as a tesco’s. Alternatively, there is also a Lidl 10 mins walk away. Very close to Burgess Park, highly recommend it for walks and general vibe.

Household is all students so as long as you apply for a council tax exemption it should be all good. The contract will last until September, but if you are happy and would like to stay (along with the current flatmates) the contract can be made longer too.
