Large room to let Zone 2 Summer lease

Hi, My name is Alix, I’m moving out of my flat to live with my boyfriend. Looking to lease to someone over the summer, perfect for internships or summer courses.
My room is the largest in flat, with a garden view and lots of natural light. The flat is near Elephant and Castle. It comes furnished with a bed, closet, drawers, desk, and nightstand and obviously you can bring in anything you like :).The flat is shared with two other female tenants, 19 and 20, both students at UAL. The room also has a door out to the garden.

We have a balcony, garden, shared living room, and parking space if you need it. Amenities include a washer and dryer, and the kitchen also comes stocked with crockery and dishes incase you dont have any or are missing kitchen equipment.

The area is a 5 minute walk from bus-stops to anywhere in London on Walworth road (it has like 6 bustops at the same spot), and a 20 min walk to Kensington station or Elephant & Castle station. Walworth road has all kinds of shops including a Tesco’s, and there is also a Market on East Street and a big lidl a 15 min walk away.

The landlords are attentive and helpful, and always respond quickly via whatsapp. Lease is until mid September.
