Description
1 large double room and 1 smaller double room available. Fantastic location, a 5 minute walk to Kennington tube station. On the 6th floor with views of the Houses of Parliament, London Eye and the Shard. 1 existing flatmate.
Two of my mates are moving out of our 3 bed flat to move in with their girlfriends. I’m looking for replacements to re-sign for another year.
The flat itself is nice, it’s got a large living room, separate bathrooms, lots of storage space, decent kitchen, etc. etc. What really makes the flat standout though (and are the reasons I want to stay) is the location and the view.
We’re a 5 minute walk from Kennington tube station and right by a bus stop that I use to get to work in Westminster in less than 20 minutes. It’s fantastic.
We’re on the 6th floor and have a west-facing balcony that overlooks a park towards Nine Elms. From it you can see Big Ben, the London Eye and the BT Tower. Some of the sunsets are phenomenal.
Full disclosure: there is one downside to the flat though and that’s the small room. It isn’t big enough to fit a desk in and so my flatmate that stayed there used to work from the table in the front room. We never had any issues with this, but the room would work better for someone who works from home less. But you do get to pay less.
I’m looking for two decent chaps, recent grads like myself (bonus if you went to Uni of Leeds). Would help if you enjoy a beer too.
