En-suite room in newly refurbished flat

Cosy bedroom with en-suite, situated next to the big Tesco on Old Kent Road.

Whole flat has recently been refurbished, including new kitchen and bathrooms.

It’s a 3-bed flat but intention is to keep one bed spare for guests on occasion.

I’m out of the flat normal working hours and in and out evenings and weekends.

Open to someone social or someone who likes space - flat is big enough for either.

Rent will include cleaner on at least monthly basis - we’ll see how it goes.

It’s furnished but open to getting new wardrobe and/or other items if asked.
