We’re looking for a new housemate to join our gorgeous 4BHK, three-storey home in the heart of Zone 1 (SE17). Just a 6-minute walk to Elephant & Castle Tube Station and 5 minutes to Kennington, the location is unbeatable with excellent transport links and walking-distance access to Morrisons, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s. The ground floor has a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essentials), and a lovely patio opening to a large backyard. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, and two on the second, with the available master bedroom featuring a private ensuite with bathtub and WC. The rooms come with fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, lamps, mirror, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Bills, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included.

This is more than just a house, over time, we’ve created a warm, welcoming environment and countless great memories here. As few of our friends are moving out, we’re looking for someone friendly and easygoing to join our little community and make this space their own.
