Hey! We’re three KCL students Jasmine, Diana, Faith & Aya (all 20/21) looking for a fellow students to join our cosy, friendly home 🏡

The one double rooms come furnished with a bed and wardrobe. Both have big windows to let natural light in. We’ve got a large kitchen, 2 shared living rooms, one bathroom and one downstairs toilet, and a nice garden perfect for summer hangs, and a cheeky balcony. 🌿

We’re close friends, love spending time together, and value a clean, relaxed vibe at home. So we’re looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful and sociable (girl or guy – we don’t mind!)

• £640/month
• Upfront: share of first month’s rent + holding deposit + security deposit = £1330
~ The water and heating bill is included in the rent.
