My name is Sabrina and i am a 2nd year International Relations student looking for a fellow student (clean, friendly, female) to temporarily sublet for 6 months whilst I am away for a study abroad.

The 2 bedroom flat is bright and spacious with plenty of natural light, one bathroom and one living room overlooking the park. The available room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, nightstand, and a wardrobe. Elephant and Castle Underground station (Zone 1 Northern and Bakerloo lines) is a 15 minute walk away and is in close proximity to London College of Communication and London SouthBank University. LSE and King’s College London are about 25 minutes by bus.

It is also a 5 minute walk from LIDL and 10 minute from Sainsbury’s + Tesco. We have a dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

The rent is £900 pcm including WIFI and utilities!
