Hey!
We’ve got a bright double room available now in a lovely flat just off Walworth Road. You’ll be moving in with two single professionals with 9-5 jobs. It’s a tidy flat with a cleaning rota to make sure it all stays nice.
Me (Michael) and Tully have known each other for a while now, in a flatmate we are looking for someone friendly we can have a good laugh with.
Our flatmate is making a move to Cardiff sadly - but on the plus side it means you get a bargain room in a good area! Move in is from 2nd February 2026.
Loads of positives and its hard to know where to start but here are a few:
- ≈12 minute walk to Elephant and Castle (Northern and Bakerloo) and Kennington (Northern) tube stations.
- 20 minute bus to London Bridge.
- Big living room with TV, dining table, and comfy sofas.
- Super low deposit (we aren't sure why either!)
- Nice kitchen with gas stove, washer/dryer and ample storage space.
- Separate toilet and shower rooms, with the shower having a powerful boiler-fed system.
- First floor flat close to great amenities like East Street Market for cheap fruit and veg as well as Walworth Road that has a Morrisons and a Lidl soon. 10 minute walk to Big Tesco.
- St Louis bakery is just down the road!
- A cute communal garden area with seating and washing lines for summer.
- Fibre super fast reliable internet.
- Responsive tenancy company who deals with any problems well.
- Council on-street parking for small monthly fee.
Subject to seasonal fluctuation, bills usually total £70 each a month - that includes internet, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence, and water.
