We’re looking for a third flatmate in a 3 bed 3 bath flat from the first week of March!
The building is located in Elephant Park, which has great security, a lot of restaurants and great amenities. The rent includes access to a gym, workspace, games room and a courtyard.
The room is a double bed with its own bathroom (the images of the room below are from the move in video, so if you’re interested we could send current pictures of the room as well). The rent is £1641 per person/per month + bills. In terms of lease time, we’re looking to do it on a month to month basis so it’s flexible for everyone however potentially looking to move out in May/June. However, if you are keen on staying longer we could find replacements for the rooms.
