Double room in a 2 bed flat - Elephant & Castle

Renting out a room in modern two-bed flat located in a gated block in Elephant & Castle. Excellent transport links and easy access to the city.

You’d be living with a couple in early 30s who spend most their time outside of London. Most weeks we stay in the flat 3 nights a week (Monday-weds) and are away over weekends. Both working professionals in finance and construction.

The flat would suit someone who enjoys having their own space but still wants a friendly, easygoing home.

Looking for a likeminded professional also in their 30s. Someone easygoing and considerate, who wants a calm, chilled-out living environment.
