About the household:
You will be sharing a house with three lovely girls, all working professionals with busy schedules but enjoy a friendly and social atmosphere once at home.

The room:
* Large, bright, comfortable room with two high ceiling windows out towards the street
* Furnished/Unfurnished

The flat:
* Well‑maintained shared space, including a large, fully equipped kitchen
* Cleaner twice a month
* Garden
* 2 bathroom shared with housemates (you will share the larger one with one of the girls)

Location:
* Conveniently located 15 min walk from Elephant & Castle tube station (or 5 min on bus), great bus connections only 4 min walk from the house (Old Kent Road)
* Close to local shops (large Tesco and Lidl 5 min away)

Rent and bills:
* Rent: £1050 per month
* Bills: excluded - approx. amount £150
* Deposit required

Availability:
* Officially available from 3rd July but can be flexible if wanting to move in earlier
