We’re looking for someone to take my lovely spacious room in Elephant & Castle. Available from 13th July but open to a later move in date!

*£750 pm+ Approx £60 a month for bills. (+ deposit required)

* Great location - 10 minute walk to both Elephant and Castle Station and Kennington Station (as well as plenty of bus options).
*Bright 4 bedroom flat with a shared bathroom, cozy living room and kitchen.
*Lots of coffee shops, yoga/ pilates studios, book shops, green spaces and fun pubs near by.
☀️You will be living with 2 girls and 1 guy aged 25-28 (2 working professionals, 1 PhD student). They are all fun and friendly, excellent cooks and all round great flatmates!!
☀️Looking for a flatmate who enjoys flat meals, movie nights and the occasional evening glass of wine, preferably in their mid/late 20s who is friendly, respectful and clean and fits the flat vibe!
