We have a friendly sociable flat near Elephant and castle and Kennington tube.
10 minute walk to the nearest tube.
15/20 minute walk to Borough market/London bridge.
20/25 minute walk to Waterloo.

The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobes.
White walls, clean with large window.

We have a communal living room and TV.
Kitchen / dining table. Bathroom - Shower/bath.

We like to have an open friendly sociable atmosphere around the flat.
You will be sharing with one nursing student and one professional/physics student.
It is important that you are clean, friendly and around for the occasional brew :)

Please get in touch if your dates around July and August are flexible. We are able to negotiate slightly longer lets.
We have another room available for part of June if anyone needs to move in early until the advertised room is available.
