The flat is located in a quiet street and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, separate bathroom and toilet as well broadband and a full sky package (including sports and movies) It is conveniently located within close proximity of Borough and London/Tower Bridges. It is a 15 minute walk to the City and well serviced by a number of bus routes to the West End. The vibrant bars and restaurants of Bermondsey Street are also just a short walk away. Permit parking is also available. The rent is £650 pcm and would included telephone and broadband. A contribution to the remaining bills would be required in addition to this.
