Outside Courtyard Garden space suitable for a glass of wine after a busy days work.

THE AREA

You'll be just around the corner from the charming Walworth High Street with its array of Coffee houses, Bistros, Delicatessens, and shops, including Marks and Spencer, Tesco Express, Morrisons. The famous East Street market off Walworth Rd is open 7 days a week, offering an array of very different stalls and a great atmosphere. The beautiful and magnificent Burgess Park is a 5 minute walk away and is great for a run on a sunny Sunday morning

TRANSPORT AND LOCAL AMENITIES.

10 minute walk to Zone 2 Elephant and Castle and Kennington tube stations, which are an 8 minute tube ride into the Westend/City. Also close to buses taking you to the West end and Central London
