Double room available in chilled, friendly house!

Hello! So I am really sad to have to leave my two best friends in the house that we moved in together, but you know... life.

Anyway, lucky for you we have a spot available in our stunning house! My room is a spacious double room, with beautiful natural light and loads of cupboard space. The house in based on 3 floors, we have a small room that is used as an 'office', one bathroom and a massive kitchen and lounge where we spend most of our time in. As well as a lovely little back garden and of course the extra resident, a Baguette (Martina's dog) who is super friendly and very well behaved and lovable.

You’d be sharing with - Levi, 23, who like movies, cooking, playing PS4 and drawing and Martina, 25, paints, draws, likes going to the park with the dog and loves museums and movies. They are both very friendly and enjoy spending time together watching movies, but also respect everyone’s privacy.

Now the grimy details.. The house came unfurnished and us 3 have furnished it, so my room will come 'unfurnished', I am leaving a bed (not the one pictured in the room, the other one) and possible my desk in there but at a cost (£200). All bills are included in the rent price (internet, water, gas, e. t. c.) and then the deposit will be £550 with a change of name bill of £50 from the agency (which are really good at looking after us). The move in date would be mid/end of February but could potentially be flexible, just give me a shout.
