You'll be sharing my spacious Victorian house with access to a kitchen diner, living room and garden all nicely located in an area that has absolutely everything on your doorstep.
You'll have a furnished room with utility bills included.
You'll also need to negotiate with my cat who jointly owns the place so being purr friendly is an advantage.

Plumstead is the quieter neighbour to Woolwich whilst remaining brilliantly connected. Located in Royal Greenwich with easy links into East/West London, West End, Canary Wharf, Liverpool St and Central London inc DLR, Elizabeth line and South Eastern.

You can also access North London easily from Tottenham Court Road (22min) and of course the Elizabeth Line travels easily to West London as well. This means aside of work you have access to gigs in Camden, the O2 and many places from this pocket of London, including a door to door night bus N1 if needed to sober up on hic! And if my garden is not enough there is Plumstead Common and a local park closeby, cheap eats on the high St and the local dive pub all 2mins away.

Your space will be one of my (2) double rooms each with a wifi hub, double ottoman bed & wardrobe.

There is unrestricted parking outside for your car if you need it.

My home has Superfast wifi thru out as well as All Mod Cons Inc washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, fridge freezer, microwave.

There will be a simple contract to keep everything shipshape and above board for an easy move in. You'll be renting & dealing direct with me.
