Double Room

Hello,
Available is a double room that is beautifully furnished with, a comfortable double bed, double wardrobe that has a full size mirror and shelves. Also a large matching chesterdraw. The room is very comfortable, warm and peaceful. It's located at the front of the house and on the 2nd floor. It's conveniently next to the bathroom/wc, that's shared with just one other person.
The neighbourhood is friendly and safe.
Transport into Central London and other areas is easy and convenient, eg Crystal Palace Station is only a 5min walk. The person I'm looking for needs to be able to clean up after themselves and keep shared areas tidy. It would also go a long way in respecting each other in the household, which can lead to a peaceful home and good relationships. A dog is in a seperate part of the house.
