Tenant wanted for large double bedroom

The Flat:
The flat has a large living room, modern decor throughout, separate kitchen and access to a (teeny) communal garden. The bedroom is large and comes with a bedside table and inbuilt wardrobe. I can provide a bed if necessary, but ideally you’ll have your own. I also have a parking space you can use if necessary.

The Area:
The flat is a 5 mins walk from the Crystal Palace triangle and its many restaurants and shops. Brixton, Streatham and Dulwich are all very close.

Tenant/ pricing:
I'm looking for a female roommate, someone who is very clean and tidy. Rent is £780 per month incl. bills for a full -time let. I will also consider a Mon-Fri let at a reduced rate.

About me:
I'm friendly, reasonably well - travelled and like to unwind by working out, being with friends or just binging Netflix. Happy to socialise a bit in the evenings or equally happy with someone who enjoys their own company.

You:
Preference for neat and tidy individuals. Ideally you’ll work in the office the majority of the week and have a life that doesn’t involve you being in the flat all the time. This is a great stop-gap on the way to finding something more permanent. Max stay 6 months.
