Hi! The room is a massive, bright double room that comes with bed and mattress. There’s a large living room, balcony and shared roof terrace in the building. The flat is literally above a Lidl so food shops are amazing! 🛒 I have also invested in a coffee machine and I am considering an air

Rent is £1030 and bills come to around £170, although I’m currently trying to get the bills down.

The flat has great transport links - there is a bus stop right outside the flat with direct buses to elephant and castle and Waterloo (including a commuter bus that goes direct to Waterloo without stopping). We are also a 15 minute walk from West Norwood train station.

About me 🙋🏻‍♀️ I am 24, from Portsmouth and moved to London around 4 months ago, when I moved into the flat. I work as a civil servant and I’m in the office 5 days a week, so I’m ideally looking for someone who wfh 1 or 2 days max. I’m super keen to be friends with whoever moves in and I love a pub trip or brunch at the weekend! 🍳
