The room is available from 7th November to 3rd December 2024, at the pro rata rate of £400 pcw. All bills are included and the property has high speed (c. 200MB) internet and a Smart TV.

The property is lived in and we are holidaying so cupboard space is limited, however, we will clear as much space as possible, and with a large floorspace the property suits a couple or individual looking for a short-term stay.

Property is fully furnished, and duvets, covers, towels, crockery, cooking utensils and everything that you would expect to come with a fully lived in property are all available to use.

There are multiple work stations, one in each room, as well as the main room.

Please note there is scaffolding on both sides of the building, with the cladding being repaired, and the occasional noise. As a couple we have found the working conditions still very comfortable but every day or 2 there can be noise on one side of the building, as well as workmen on site, typically we have managed to work through this without major issue but please be aware of this.
The balcony is not accessible (but the door opens to air the flat.

Norwood Park is across the street and amenities are 7 mins walk away (Crown Point), and 12 mins walk away (West Norwood Station / Norwood High Street).

The Peloton is usable and you are welcome to use our membership, as well as other accessories such as weights.
