The property is located in a quiet, residential street but is just a 3 minute walk away from the bus stop.
10 minutes bus ride to Thornton heath station.

There is a corner shop that's open until 8pm, another one that is 10 mins walk that closes 10pm.

There also fish and chips take away around the corner.

It's 2 bedroom flat, renting out 1 room. 

The room is fully furnished with a desk for those who wish to work from home.

Flat is kept clean and tidy. - Saturdays we normally clean communal areas like kitchen bathroom and livingroom ( you can join, but dont have to)

We normally would do weekly big shopping, Tesco and lidle, iceland are 5 to 10 mins drive. i drive, so you are welcome to come with us and do your weekly shopping too.

Very friendly, kind, considerate and caring Professionals live there, so no party flat. 

The flat is secure, no lift, but lovely stairs to second floor where the flat is. Trust me it's not bad, lived here for almost 2 decades.

Sharing kitchen and bathroom.

No pork and alcohol allowed in the flat, due to our religion, apologies. 

Pets that are welcome are cats and birds only please, I am scared of snakes or anything that looks like snake 🐍 😭, so no lizards too. 

A friend or family member can come and visit you and stay for 3 days....Just let me know in advance. I am very understanding person.

If you are vegetarian/ vegan person small fridge can be provided in the room if you dont want to use fridge in the kitchen, let me know in advance please.
