Hey there! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely 2-bedroom flat in Crystal Palace starting from April 15th, 2025 (but flexible for the right person). The room is available for £875 + bills, and it’s got everything you need for a comfy home.
A bit about the place:
* The area is super chill and residential, just a 5-minute walk to the Triangle where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and taprooms. Plus, there are great transport links to central London via the Overground.
* As for the flat itself, it’s got a modern kitchen, a cosy living room, and a bathroom – all you need for a relaxed and easygoing vibe.
The room:
* It’s a cozy double room that can come unfurnished or part-furnished, depending on what you prefer. It’s a great space to make your own!
About me: I’m 30 and gay, and I work as a graphic designer in central London. I love good food, wine, and having a chat in the evenings. Ideally, I’m looking for a flatmate who’s clean, respectful of privacy, and enjoys being social! Bonus points if you’re part of the LGBTQ community – it’s always nice to share a space with someone who gets it.

* Rent is due in full at the start of each month.
* The landlord doesn’t accept benefits or housing support.
