A newly decorated double room available, flexible move in date ASAP.
The room has bags of storage with large built in wardrobe, comes with a double bed and mattress, desk and drawers but happy to add/take away furniture if you already have your own bits. The window overlooks the garden with a leafy view and afternoon sun.
It’s freshly painted with a brand new carpet :)

A bit about the house, it’s a ground floor two bed flat in a Victorian terrace, garden for socialising having a BBQ or chilling. The flat is in a good spot to access Crystal Palace which is a 30min walk or 10min bus ride. It’s between West Norwood and Gipsy Hill stations which have frequent trains running to Victoria and London Bridge.
I have two sweet girl cats who have free roam of the house but can be kept out of your room - as you wish! But please do like cats :)
Everything is kept clean and tidy (without being militant).
Virgin WiFi and all bills are included. I have Netflix, Prime, and NowTV too.

Having just moved in am looking for a lodger to live with to help with living costs 😅
Just looking for someone who’s kind, tidy, positive vibe and respectful and is happy to hang out and have a beer or watch something together at times but also very fine with personal space :)

A bit about myself, I work within the textiles/interior design world and am in the office Monday to Friday with the occasional day wfh. Love food and cooking, love a bit of music, pub with friends, tv (shitty reality tv and horror movies are my guilty pleasures) & of course the cats.

Would also consider a Monday to Friday let too and short term.
