Two bedroom, garden flat available for rent in a ground floor Edwardian terrace house.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, and water), council tax, as well as fast Wifi, TV Licence, Amazon Prime and Netflix.

The flat is furnished and has a large bright living room with high ceilings, a newly refurbished modern kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has been recently refurbished too.

There is free parking in the roads surrounding the flat (less than 1 minute away, where I also parked my car).

The flat has fantastic bus routes on your doorstep, going to Brixton, Clapham, Croydon, Streatham, Tooting, and Elephant and Castle.

It's a 10-15 walk to West Norwood station, or a 15 minute bus to Norwood Junction/Tulse Hill (20 mins to London Bridge), and you can get the Overground from Crystal Palace (15 min bus ride). Northern line is a 20 min bus ride away from tooting.

There are many beautiful parks within a 5 min walk from the flat, my favourite is Norwood Grove Park which leads through to Streatham Common.

There's many supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby and a short walk from West Norwood high street and short bus from Crystal Palace.
