Tesco Metro is 5 minutes walking distance. Below the flat there is a commercial parade of shops that includes post office, off license, hairdressers, dry cleaners & kebab shop.

The room has a double bed with a chest of drawers and you will have a wardrobe as well.

The flat is 15 minutes walking distance to West Norwood station. The trains are frequent to Victoria, London Bridge and Blackfriars. There are also plenty of buses.

In August 2014 down the road there will be the West Norwood leisure centre opening and a Picturehouse cinema is also planned.
There is also a monthly food and arts festival called Feast which takes place in the local area.

The room will suit a working professional female or student.

The rent is £500 and this includes all bills and wifi access. A deposit of £500.00 will be required. If you are looking to stay for the long term the rate can change.

I am willing to consider short term stays. Please note we don't allow additional people to stay in the room as it is a quiet flat and also cooking Bacon/Pork isn't allowed in the flat.
