Hi there!! My name is Jade and I’m a 29 year old professional who has always lived and worked in London 😊. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, socialising with friends and seeing family in my spare time.
I am looking for a single female roommate to live with me in my home, ideally between the ages of 25-40. It would be great to share with someone who is sociable and shares similar interests. I’m looking for a professional who works in the city a few days a week and wfh is limited. Preferably a non smoker and it would be great to share with someone who considers themselves to be tidy and clean. The house has private driveway parking for one car, access to a huge private garden and is only a 5-10 min walk to Abbey Wood Station (access to Elizabeth line). The house is also located opposite a gorgeous park and woodlands which have lots of things to keep you occupied.
The room is totally private and has a king size bed with a chest of drawers and side tables that are included in the furnishing. The adjacent bathroom is totally private for your use only. The downstairs WC, kitchen, utility, living and dining room will all have shared access.
I am also open to anyone who will only want to use the room Monday-Friday at a reduced rent price.
