I have a gorgeous double room, available furnished or unfurnished in a Victorian terraced house with a garden and ample free parking. The kitchen is large and complete with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar etc and there is a large sitting room with two sofas WiFi and tv. Bills included.
You would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living room with 2 clean, tidy and easy going professionals, although I am away much of the time during the week.

Available immediately (also available as a Mon - Fri let) I am looking for a short term let as the property is on the market for sale.
I am a short walk away from South Norwood country park - great for a flat run! and a few minutes away from the nearest shops (tesco local and co-op) and local bars. In under a 20 min walk you can access Norwood Junction, Kent House, Elmers End, Anerley and Clock House stations with regular & quick services into London as well as East Croydon and Gatwick airport.
