There's also room for a sofa and small dining table so it's pretty self contained.

The flat itself is a large ground floor conversion, with a huge garden, and shared dining/breakfast room. It's located two minutes from Crystal Palace park, and it's a seven minute walk to either Crystal Palace, Anerley or Penge West stations. The road is quiet and residential, with space for free parking.

A bit about me: I'm a graphic designer and I work in the city. I've just moved back to Crystal Palace but was living here for eight years previously so know the area well! I'm single and enjoy meeting up with friends, socialising, getting out and about in town on weekends. I love films and enjoy watching a good movie with a glass of wine in hand!. My job is pretty hectic so during the week I tend to chill out and relax at home. I'm independent but would love to share with a flatmate who likes the idea of sharing the odd glass of wine/meal/trip to the pub. I consider myself to be easy going, respectful and mindful of others' space and would be looking for someone likewise.
