Large Room + Small Room Available in SE20

Hi, my partner and I currently rent out a large and small room in SE20 near Anerley/Crystal Palace.

The rooms are available from September 3rd. Couples welcome.

We currently occupy the large room and use the small room as extra storage but the small room has a double bed and wardrobe (this wardrobe is currently in the large room hence why not in the photos).

The rooms would come with double bed and wardrobe only. Other furniture in the rooms and kitchen were bought by us. However, we might be selling a few items (such as kitchen table/large Ikea dresser) as our next place is already very furnished. Pets possible as the previous flatmate had a cat.

The flat is ground floor and is up to a really great standard, has a dishwasher and garden at the back.

We don’t really have any pre requisites as we won’t be in the property, but you will have to provide the landlord with proof of employment.
