What We are offering :
our beautiful large bedroom with own en-suite bathroom on the top of our family house. Bedroom is equipped with king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and clothes rack. Plenty of light as there is large sliding door with garden view. It s quiet room.
Also have a carpet . Plenty space left if you want to bring your own staff like desk or office chair or small sofa …

All train station are about 10 mins walking distance (Kent house - trains to Victoria) , Birkbeck - both Victoria and London Bridge, Elmers End and Anerley are about 15 mins walk. Very safe neighbourhood.

What we are expecting:
We our family of 5 , have 3 children (9,7,5) and you must be fine around children and to be ok with Landlord to live in the same property.
We would prefer someone who is DBS checked but not required if you have references from previous landlord. Our bedrooms are based on the first floor with our own bathroom. We all respect the lodger privacy and you would have peace and quiet on your own 2nd floor.

On the ground floor is massive kitchen / sitting room / another toilet with washing machine / tumble dryer you can use. Also garden and summer house for extra storage you can use for example if you have a bike.
We are out most of the days from 8-5pm so if you are working from home or have night job, this would suit you well
