Double furnished room in friendly flat with garden

Hi there,

My name's Jess and am looking for someone to rent the second room in my flat as my friend is moving in with her boyfriend.

About the room:
- All furniture in the photo comes with it (bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, shelves, mirror) and there’s additional storage space in the hallway and elsewhere in the flat too. I’ll likely replace the bed frame before you move in to create a bit more space in the room.

- There's a private garden out the back which the living room opens out onto.

In terms of me, I'm 32 and work in the charity sector. I like all the usual things like going to the gym; running (lots of green space nearby, if not very hilly!); trying out pubs and restaurants in the area; reading; and hanging out with friends. I’m usually in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and work in the living room when at home; there’s space for both of us if you also WFH.
I'm looking for a flatmate who's up for grabbing a drink and exploring the local area; friendly and laid back; clean and respectful; and likes cats as I have a cat called Ziggy who you’d also be living with!
The transport links here are great: 12 minute walk to Norwood Junction (London Bridge in 10 mins; St Pancras in 25; Victoria in 25 and it's on the Overground), 10 minute walk to Anerley overground and the flat's right next to a bus stop.

Rent includes bills (WiFi, water, electricity, gas and council tax which is band B).

The room is available from 18 September but there can be some flexibility if you need it slightly earlier that week. I’m flexible with viewings, so drop me a message if you’re interested in coming to look.
