There are also tram lines nearby, for trams to Croydon and Wimbledon. Rent £860 per month, including bills, unlimited business broadband, smart tv in the communal lounge, weekly cleaner. The home has a lovely garden, free street parking, and is close to trendy Crystal Palace and Beckenham, which are both great for nightlife and filled with lovely restaurants and shops. Also, close by are good gyms, sports centers, and lovely outdoor spaces. You would also be looked after by an award-winning landlord, who cares for her housemates.



The home is beautifully furnished, has a designer open plan kitchen with all mod cons, beautiful granite worktops with high-end appliances lovely lounge area with a large sofa and smart tv, which opens up onto the lovely garden and patio.
