The flat has a large kitchen/living room, one bathroom, a storage room and a big garden!
The room comes fully furbished and has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a lovely lamp.
The pictures were taken before the renovation so it looks a lot nicer now and the room now has direct access to the garden!
Transport: the flat is a 5 minute walk to Crystal Palace and a 7 minute to Anerley with access to London Bridge (20 mins), Victoria (25 mins), Clapham Junction (18 mins), Shoreditch (35 mins).
We are just down the hill from the Crystal Palace triangle where there are numerous shops and restaurants and 5 minutes away from the park.
About us: we are a professional couple and we both work in the City. We work long hours so we are not in the house during the week much but love to come and relax in front of the TV with netflix and some food. I realise it can be daunting moving in with a couple but we are very respectful of the situation and are not an intense couple.
We would hopefully find a housemate that would also be a friend!
We are laid back but are very tidy so we would preferably like a housemate who is clean and doesn't leave stuff out.
Pets are welcome and your room has direct access to a garden.
