Refurbished Double Room with garden Crystal Palace

This is a beautiful double room in a two bedroom flat in Crystal Palace/Penge/Anerley.

The flat has a large kitchen/living room, one bathroom, a storage room and a big garden (complete with a shed)!

The room comes fully furnished and has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a lovely lamp.

The pictures were taken before the renovation so it looks a lot nicer now and the room now has direct access to the garden!

Transport: 5 minute walk to Crystal Palace and 7 minutes to Anerley with access to London Bridge (20 mins) Victoria (25 mins), Clapham Junction (18 mins) and Shoreditch (35 mins)

Wwe are just down the hill from the Crystal Palace triangle where there are numerous shops and restaurants and 5 minutes away from the park.

About us: we are a professional couple and we both work in the City. We work long hours so we are not in the hosue during the week much but love to come home and relax in fron of the TV with netflix and some food. I realise it can be daunting moving in with a couple but we are very respectful of the situation and are not an intense couple.

We would hopefully find a housemate that would be a friend! We are laid back but very tidy so we would preferably like a housemate who is clean and doen't leave stuff out.

Pets are welcome and the room has direct access to the garden.
