Spacious Room and Flat near two Stations

First off, please don't judge my poor iPhone photography...the flat is actually pretty nice! :)

The bedroom is a fairly good sized double ( 15'5 x 9'10 / 4. 70m x 3. 00m ) and was recently decorated so is in good condition. In terms of storage - there's a lot! and the bed has a new, nice quality mattress (not sure exactly what one, but it's a silent night and is of decent firmness!)

The flat is a two bed and almost 1000sq ft so pretty spacious and newly renovated. The kitchen has all the mod cons including a dishwasher and two ovens (so should you ever want to you can bake cakes and cook a roast simultaneously!?)

There's also off road parking available...

For me one of the nicest things is location: the park is down the road, the triangle is a 10 minute walk and you can take trains from London Bridge to Crystal Palace or Anerley (which if you are terrible with train times like me, is brilliant as it means there's a train about once every 10 mins...)

A bit about me: I work in advertising in central London. I'm not around too much mon-fri which is a combination of socialising, hobbies, gym and (when I absolutely have to) working late.
I'm single and enjoy meeting up with friends, socialising, getting out and about after work and at weekends. my job is quite demanding so when I'm home I generally like to just chill out and relax which isn't hard as it's quite a calm space. I'm independent but fairly social and would love to share with a flatmate who likes the idea of sharing the odd glass of wine or meal in the triangle. I consider myself to be easy going, respectful and mindful of others' space and would be looking for someone likewise.
