The rent is £1150 and includes Water, council tax, TV, broadband bills. Gas and electricity are shared monthly, depending on usage works out around £25 - £35. The deposit is £1150 (4 weeks rent returnable)

PARKING and cycling
There is free street parking just outside the house and there's place for a bike in the garden. (There's a back access to the garden, so you don't have to carry bike through the house)

THE HOUSE
The house is beautiful and cosy with 3 bedrooms upstairs. It's in a quiet area with friendly socialable neighbours. I am the only other new tenant and welcome anyone who, (if that's your thing) to join me in making this a new home together. So bathroom, living room and kitchen/dining is shared only with me. The living room has everything to chill and watch movies. The kitchen has all mod cons including washing machine, with access to a large garden to enjoy al fresco dining, BBQs, chilling, listening to the bird or just pottering around, which I do a lot it's so relaxing after a days work. You are welcome to join and grown your own.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house is conveniently located in Dulwich triangle. Buses and train station are within 5-10 min walk.

15 min walk to Herne Hill station Thameslink direkt (City/ Gatwick Airport)

West Dulwich art gallery and parks is within walking distance.
East Dulwich buzz and cinema
All offering plenty of cafés, little stores and boutiques, restaurants, pubs and local supermarkets.

The area is great for outdoor fitness yoga / HIT in the park, tennis, golf, cycling, velodrome, swimming and lots of choice for foodies!

I work fulltime, including hybrid. I cook most days and enjoy sharing meals or a glass of wine with flatmates. I am a very sociable outdoor loving person, active with positive energy. When at home I am either cooking, pottering in the garden or chilling. I am also very clean and tidy especially the bathroom and would except the same from co - shares please.
