Large bright double bedroom on top floor overlooking quiet residential street in Dulwich.
I am looking for a 2nd tenant to houseshare upto 6 months with the option to extend contract beyond May 2025. Please note full reference checks will be required.
Large desk, 4ft sofa, double bed with medium firm mattress and protective cover, wardrobe with shelving, bedside storage, full length mirror and various lights. Bills included are TV licence, broadband and Water. Council tax, Gas and electricity are shared monthly, depending on usage roughly £40 -£50.
PARKING and cycling
There is free street parking outside the house and storage for bike in the garden. (back access to garden, so you don't have to carry bike through the house)
THE HOUSE
The house has 3 rooms upstairs and the area is very safe. Bathroom, living room and kitchen/dining is shared only with me. All mod cons including washing machine and a large garden to enjoy al fresco dining, or just pottering around, which I do a lot of... you are welcome to grow your own or just listen to the birds and chill around the fire pit.
Dulwich triangle is in Zone 2 with safe cycling routes.
Buses and train station are within 5-10 min walk.
North Dulwich station to London Bridge
Herne Hill station Thameslink direkt to central London.
P4, 37 buses to Herne Hill/ Brixton/Victoria/Clapham Junction
42 bus to Kings College Hospital
197, 40 buses to Camberwell, Forest Hill
Lewisham
West Dulwich art gallery and parks is within walking distance.
East Dulwich buzz and cinema, all offering plenty of cafés, boutiques, restaurants, pubs and local supermarkets.
Within a stone throw away are Dulwich and Brockwell Park, great for outdoor activities.
A bit about me...
I work fulltime, including hybrid. I cook most days and enjoy sharing meals or a glass of wine with flatmates. I am a very sociable outdoor loving person, active with positive energy. When at home I am either cooking, pottering in the garden or chilling. I am also very clean and tidy especially the bathroom and would except the same from co - shares please.
I have my own set of friends across London but of course would love to make good connections and enjoy our houseshare together.
