We are looking for a friendly, tidy & considerate flatmate who like to have a chat when in the communal areas.
The room is available now, but will need to allow 1 week for references to be submitted to the landlord, who lives in the upstairs flat. He also would need to meet for a brief interview prior to agreeing to the new person moving in.
The local area has a good selection of shops and cafes, plus 3 parks and other leisure facilities within walking distance.
